What to expect during a virtual visit?

A virtual visit is no different than an office visit, except it's more convenient since you are seen by a provider from any location. Your provider will assess your symptoms and will ask about your medical history. Your treatment plan can include diagnosis, counseling, appropriate referrals or prescribed medications if necessary. Prescriptions are sent electronically to a pharmacy of your choice. 

How long is a typical visit with a provider?

For new patients, the initial visit is about 50 minutes. All follow-up visits are approximately 25 minutes. In certain circumstances, patients may require a longer, 50 minute follow up appointment.
